These terms apply to anyone using the Fidget and Spin website, booking a session, or booking a party. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
We've kept this plain and practical because legal documents shouldn't need a translator.
Fidget and Spin Ltd is a sensory stay-and-play business for neurodiverse children, based in Brighton & Hove.
Sessions are pay-as-you-go and bookable online through our website. Payment is taken at the time of booking. We'll confirm your spot by email.
Sessions are for children aged 1–6 and the adults accompanying them. Every child must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Things happen with small children — we get it. Our session cancellation policy is:
Life happens. If you're in a tricky spot, email us — we're reasonable.
We welcome all children and meet every child where they are. We don't tolerate behaviour from adults that makes the space unsafe for children or other families. This includes shouting, intoxication, or any form of harassment or discrimination.
If we need to ask someone to leave, we will. No refund is given in those cases.
Party packages are bookable by enquiry. After we've discussed your date, venue, and package, we'll send a confirmation and ask for a £50 deposit to secure the date. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the party.
Parties involve significant setup — venues, hosts, equipment, party bags. Our cancellation terms are:

For The Whole Shebang package, a larger hall is required to accommodate the bouncy castle. We'll discuss venue suitability when you enquire.
If you've signed up for a monthly or annual membership, separate membership terms will apply. We'll send these to you at the point of sign-up.
All payments are handled securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. Refunds, when due, are processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Prices on the website include VAT where applicable. Prices may change from time to time, but any booking already made is honoured at the price you paid.
The prices shown on the website are correct at the time of booking. We may update our pricing from time to time. Promotional codes (such as FIRSTSPIN and FIRSTPARTY) are single-use per customer unless otherwise stated, and we reserve the right to withdraw promotional codes at any time.
We occasionally take photos at our sessions and parties for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We'll ask for your consent before using any photo that identifies your child. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@fidgetandspin.com.
We do our best to make sessions and parties safe and accessible. Please share any allergies, medical needs, or accessibility requirements when you book so we can plan around them. Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their own child at all times.
We carry public liability insurance for our sessions and parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be at https://www.fidgetandspin.com/terms. Material changes won't affect bookings already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
